That's deliberate. The most common complaint about consultancies is that you meet the senior person in the pitch and end up working with the junior team. Here, you work with me. The strategy is mine. The execution is mine. The honest answer about whether something is working is mine.
If the practice grows, it'll grow slowly and with people who think the same way. Until then, this page is pretty short.

Owen Jones
Fourteen years inside other people's brands… household names and start-ups, from challenger brands to global corporate businesses. Mostly in consumer wellness, food and beauty. Across all of it, growth on the metrics that mattered most: revenue, retention, brand equity & most importantly: happy customers, teams and partners.
I started Rowan & Ash to do that work for a small handful of brands at a time. Without the politics of being inside one company. Without the agency model that pitches senior and delivers junior. Strong opinions, lightly held, and a working relationship that's an integral part of the work itself.
