I bring fourteen years inside other people's brands. Both household names and start-ups, from challenger brands to global corporate businesses. Majority of my experience sits in consumer wellness, food and beauty. Across all of it, the goal was delivering growth on the metrics that mattered most: revenue, profit, retention, brand equity, and in my opinion, most importantly: happy customers, teams and partners (after all that is whad delivers those metrics!).

I started Rowan & Ash to do that work for a small handful of brands at a time. Without the politics of being inside one company. Without the agency model that pitches senior and delivers junior. Strong opinions, lightly held, and a working relationship that's an integral part of the work itself.

Outside of work, I am keen on cooking and baking, and always looking to learn new techniques and try new things. I spent a year teaching snowboarding so love doing that when I can and playing football. The days when I used to play in bands and make music are a fair bit behind me, but I do still pick up a guitar or plonk around on the piano from time to time.
